Guidance on posting to jfo:i's various forums:

Share Your Experiences - No names of individuals or employers, address or phone numbers [it is a public forum] - please replace with XXX or similar

InTouch - Just Names of individuals or employers, no details of the case please [and please consider any libel risk of posts in 'share your experiences' that could be linked to InTouch]

Online Support Forum - OK to post anything as this forum is private and all members vetted.

Please remember that posting to jfo:i is at your own risk.
