This website provides information and articles.
The majority of content is written in house and we also
use third party material with full consent. We welcome
original work or reproduction
rights from individuals, reputable
organisations and professionals. Full accreditation and links will be given where
applicable [anonymity will also be granted on request]. We
reserve the right to edit, refuse or remove content.
Unless
otherwise stated, content is not written by legal
or health professionals. It is always recommended
that individuals seek independent professional advice,
specific to an individuals circumstances. All
information is provided in good faith. We do not accept
any liability or responsibility for any action taken on

services and hosting for support groups and related organisations
free of charge. We are not liable for the
content of webspace or content by third parties. All

be accepted by JFO.
Copyright for hosted support
groups is retained by each individual group. We reserves
the right to withdraw any third party hosting without notice.

New Horizons Promotion
Any
promotion of commercial ventures within the New Horizons
section are not personal recommendations. Commercial ventures
are promoted free of charge to help victims of workplace
bullying move forward and be successful but JFO does
not endorse any particular venture. We reserves the right
to refuse or withdraw any promotions without notice. Link

Payment & Delivery Policy for Goods & Services
Training - Our training courses are as scheduled and
payment must be made with your booking or within
7 days of us reserving a place. Reservations are
not
confirmed
until payment is received. JFO will release unpaid places where payment
is
not received within 7 days of the reservation.
Advice - Appointments for advice or other one-to-one service are
as prearranged
and must be paid for on booking or on the
day the service is provided. Please also see our cancellation
policy.
Goods - Payment
must be made with orders for goods or other merchandise.
Goods will be delivered within 5 working
days of receipt of your payment..

Cancellation Policy
One-To-One
Services - Unless bookings
for advice, counselling or other one-to-one services
are cancelled at
least 72
hours
before the appointment, payment must be made in full.
Open
Training Courses - A full refund will be provided if
more than 7 days notice
is given to cancel a place on one of our open training
courses. Cancellations with less than 7 days notice will
not qualify
for a refund.
In-house Training Courses -
Refunds are based on a sliding scale of notice period:
- If you give us less than 1 week’s
notice, 100% of the agreed course fee is payable.
- If
you give us notice of less than 4 weeks and more than
1 week, 50% of the agreed course
fee is payable.
- If
you give us more than 4 weeks notice to cancel, no fees
are payable.
