jfo have packs of handout cards [business card size] to give away. They could be used to:

• direct others you know to get the help and support they need
• you may want someone read about what you have gone through, sometimes it's too difficult to say
• GP's reception areas
• you may wish to leave them where they can be picked up in private [work rest areas etc]
• give a pack to local branches of Victim Support, Citizens Advice etc.
• local supermarket [many have a business card holder after the checkouts]

They will be posted to any country and there is no charge.
